What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian/Day Porter position at Super Clean Professional Janitorial Services?
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arise.
The Custodial/Maintenance Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet client need and standards.
- Support school staff and maintain a clean facility, prepare the building for the next school day
- Identify and reports maintenance concerns and requests to appropriate personnel Ex: replace old lightbulbs, report broken fixtures (doors, toilets, sinks, light switches) not limited to
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
- Clean, sanitize and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.)
