Job Summary
As a Shift Lead, you’ll take ownership of the restaurant during your shift; leading the team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll work closely with store leadership and play a key role in setting the tone for the team every day.
What You’ll DoLead & Support the Team
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members during your shift
- Train staff on service standards, food prep, and safety procedures
- Act as the go-to person for any shift-related issues
Deliver Great Guest Experience
- Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high standards for order accuracy and speed
Run Daily Operations
- Oversee food prep, order flow, and cleanliness
- Ensure the restaurant is stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures
Maintain Safety & Standards
- Enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
- Keep a clean, safe environment for both team and guests
What We’re Looking For Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or quick-service environment preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available for 1 week of paid training at company headquarters
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience training or supervising team members
- Background in food service, hospitality, or kitchen operations
