SUMMARY
Super Car Guys in Wichita, KS, is currently looking for an experienced Detail Technician to join our team. Inthis role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, restoring, and protecting the interior and exterior ofcustomers’ cars. This position uses specialized tools and products to remove dirt, stains, and debris,ensuring vehicles are spotless and protected, while providing excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the wash process and apply car wash equipment
- Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment used in washing to keep them in proper workingorder
- Perform cleaning of the facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized
- Apply water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun
- Move or direct cars into the wash area with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude
- Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily
- Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to display a courteous and professional attitude
- Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends
- Ability to work standing over long periods of time
- Must have at least 2 years of detail experience
- Ability to lift items of moderate weight
- Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions
- Possess a valid and current driver’s license in good standing with DMV
- Experience driving vehicles of different types, including automatic and manual cars
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Compensation and Scheduling
- $15-$18 a Flag hour, depending on experience.
- Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. ( some Saturdays)
