Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10 employees across various departments
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and loss prevention
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product mix and pricing
- Forecast sales and adjust operations accordingly to meet financial targets
- Resolve customer complaints and address employee concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
Qualifications:
- 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in grocery or supermarket settings
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office suite
