Super Brush LLC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Equipment Operator to join our 3rd Shift production team in Springfield, Massachusetts.
This position is ideal for individuals with machine operating experience who are comfortable monitoring production equipment, making machine adjustments, performing quality inspections, and maintaining production documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate multiple automated foam swab manufacturing machines
- Monitor machine performance, production output, and product quality
- Perform pull tests, inspections, and quality checks
- Maintain lot control and accurate product labeling
- Complete production records and manufacturing documentation
- Perform die cleanings and routine equipment maintenance
- Make minor machine adjustments, including temperature and process settings
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate when necessary
- Follow clean room, quality, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience performing machine adjustments and setups preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience working with production documentation
- Ability to use inspection gauges and measuring devices
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
