Room Attendant/Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Park Inn by Radisson. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of carpets and hard floors.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for guests or residents.
• Provide custodial services in commercial settings, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures to uphold health and safety regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience in Hotel cleaning, Housekeeping is preferred.
• Candidates from Atwater, Delhi, Keyes, Ceres, Hilmar, Livingston, Modesto & Turlock is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in floor care and sanitation tasks.
