Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, kitchen appliances, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct appliance repair and installation across commercial or industrial settings, including kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects or upgrades involving mechanical systems or infrastructure improvements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with strong appliance repair skills.

- Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in commercial or industrial environments.
