What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Super 8 Motel?
Description
- TO APPLY MUST BE 22 YR OR OLDER.
- All employees are required to greet and assist any guest in a prompt, courteous, friendly, and helpful manner at all times.
- Front Desk will be Responsible to Do Laundry, Front and public Area Cleaning.
- Ensures guest satisfaction, completes check-in and check-out procedures, receives guest requests and/or complains and ensures that appropriate actions have been taken.
- Answer all incoming calls and inquiries, communicate with all departments, accurately communicates hotel rates and information, and uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights to increase occupancy and revenue .
- Balance cash receipts accurately, checks all future arrivals, and completes bucket check on all shifts
- Provides assistance to other associates, and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the hotel.
- some shifts are longer hrs too There is no set schedule as weekends are a must. Other shifts may be available to obtain more hours.
