Auditor Night Shift

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, guest account management, and providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and skill to work in hotel operations. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly valued to enhance guest relations and communication. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic resort environment, contributing to the seamless operation of our hotel during night shifts.

Duties

• Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile all financial transactions and guest accounts.
• Prepare and review daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. Prepare breakfast , Wash, dry and fold laundry. Fil up housekeeping cart with supplies for the next day's tasks.
• Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, reservation processing, and guest inquiries.
• Address guest concerns promptly, providing exceptional guest relations and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information and preparing reports for management.
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours and adhere to safety protocols.

Skills

• Proven skill in hotel management, front desk operations, or night audit roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems, including multi-line phone systems and guest management software.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with hospitality management principles, including phone etiquette and guest services standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• This position is vital for maintaining operational excellence during overnight hours, ensuring our guests receive top-quality service around the clock while supporting the overall success of our hospitality team.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
