We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile all financial transactions and guest accounts.
- Prepare and review daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. Prepare breakfast , Wash, dry and fold laundry. Fil up housekeeping cart with supplies for the next day's tasks.
- Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, reservation processing, and guest inquiries.
- Address guest concerns promptly, providing exceptional guest relations and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information and preparing reports for management.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours and adhere to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven skill in hotel management, front desk operations, or night audit roles within the hospitality industry.
