Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout their stay
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all records
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and guest records to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance the guest experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles preferred; previous hotel experience is highly valued
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations, night audit procedures, and guest relations best practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems required
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced resort or hotel environment with flexibility to adapt as needed
