We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across all areas of residential properties.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards, ensuring all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are spotless.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely, including carpet cleaners, floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and janitorial supplies.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances, outdoor work for yard or patio cleaning, and moving supplies or equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a schedule for residential cleaning routines, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care products, and sanitation techniques to ensure effective hygiene practices.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and expectations.
• Familiarity with various cleaning surfaces and equipment used in residential housekeeping environments.
• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or specialized floor care is a plus.
