Duties

• Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and billing.
• Prepare and review reports related to hotel revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring hotel premises during overnight hours.
• Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming for guests arriving or departing during night hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
• Experience with night audit procedures or similar roles in hotels or resorts is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems are essential.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality industry standards is preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts reliably and independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
