Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and sanitized.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as necessary.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities in accordance with established standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment usage.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Previous custodial experience is advantageous for this role.
