Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately
• Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and providing personalized service
• Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine inspections of the property
• Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests with attention to detail
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality roles preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
• Ability to work independently during evening/night shifts while maintaining high service standards
• Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
