Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and providing personalized service
- Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine inspections of the property
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests with attention to detail
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality roles preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently during evening/night shifts while maintaining high service standards
- Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous
