What You’ll Do
As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead and support automation and controls projects that directly impact operational performance, efficiency, quality, and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing electrical and automation control systems for manufacturing applications
- Leading capital projects from concept through implementation, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Supporting manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Developing customized automation and safety solutions using PLCs, HMIs, robotics, communication networks, and electrical systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Creating technical documentation including electrical drawings, network diagrams, programming documentation, and user manuals
- Supporting commissioning, startup, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring all projects meet safety standards, engineering requirements, and operational expectations

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in automation, controls, or industrial engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical and controls system design in manufacturing environments
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, Indusoft, Allen Bradley, and industrial automation systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
