Job Summary:
The Ambassador Program's mission is to provide outstanding customer service to all patient, family member, visitor, and staff at Nappi Wellness Institute. Greet patients, families, and visitors as they enter Nappi Wellness Institute and issue visitor badges/hard badges in a courteous manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
The NYS Department of Civil Service has developed the Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement (HELP) Program, Effective April 5th, 2023. During this program, the NYS Civil Service Exam requirements are suspended for the Hospital Patient Services Clerk 1, SG07 title.
For consideration for this title, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
One-year full-time clerical, secretarial or patient care experience in a healthcare setting.
Work Days:
Schedule based on a 40-hour work week. Monday - Friday primarily days
