Job Summary:
This position is responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and performing a wide variety of administrative and program support activities for the Deputy Directors of Nursing as related to operational and interdisciplinary needs. Serves as the primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external customers and may serve on a variety of hospital and divisional committees in a support capacity.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. A minimum of three years of administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare environment) is required. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare environment.
