  • NCAA Division III member of the Skyline Conference and ECFC Football ConferencePOSITION SUMMARY: The Head Women's Soccer Coach / Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities is a full-time, dual-role positionresponsible for directing all aspects of the Women's Soccer program while also overseeing the day-to-daymanagement of athletic facilities for the Department of Athletics. This position reports directly to the Director ofAthletics.HEAD COACH DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Direct all aspects of the Women's Soccer program including practice planning, game preparation, individual and team skill development, and in-season competition management
  • Design and implement a comprehensive year-round training and instructional program that develops individual skill, team cohesion, and competitive performance at the NCAA Division III level
  • Lead all recruiting efforts to identify, evaluate, and sign prospective student-athletes in compliance with NCAA Division III bylaws and institutional admissions standards
  • Develop and manage the program budget, equipment inventory, game scheduling, and travel logistics
  • Serve as a liaison with academic support personnel to monitor student-athlete academic progress, eligibility, and overall well-being throughout the year
  • Collaborate with athletic training and strength and conditioning staff to support the health, conditioning, and rehabilitation of all program members
  • Mentor and develop student-athletes in their personal, academic, and athletic growth throughout their collegiate careers
  • Maintain year-round communication with current and prospective student-athletes, parents, alumni, and program supporters
  • All other coaching duties as assigned by the Director of AthleticsASSISTANT ATHLETIC DIRECTOR FOR FACILITIES DUTIES:
  • Serve as the primary facilities coordinator for the Department of Athletics, overseeing scheduling, usage, and maintenance of all athletic venues and practice spaces
  • Coordinate facility reservations and usage calendars across all sport programs, ensuring equitable access and conflict resolution
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Department of Athletics and campus facilities, custodial, and grounds personnel
  • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination for home athletic competitions and departmental events
  • Ensure all athletic facilities meet safety, accessibility, and compliance standards at all times
  • Manage and track facility maintenance requests, repairs, and capital improvement priorities in coordination with campus operations
  • Assist the Director of Athletics with long-term facility planning, renovation projects, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain inventory and condition reports for all athletic equipment and facility assets
  • Support departmental events and special programming that require facility coordination
