SUNY Fredonia Federal Credit Union is opening a brand-new branch in Irving, New York, and we're looking for an experienced, energetic leader to make it successful.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the Irving branch and also work part-time at our main office in Fredonia. You'll:
- Lead the opening and daily operations of our new Irving branch
- Provide exceptional, personal service to members
- Build relationships and grow loans, deposits, and membership
- Oversee lending, deposits, cash operations, security, and branch controls
- Coach and lead employees while fostering a positive team environment
- Help members find financial solutions that fit their needs
- Resolve member concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with federal and New York State regulations and Credit Union policies
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
- An experienced banking or credit union professional with 3 years of experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Knowledgeable about consumer lending, deposits, and branch operations
- A confident leader who can make decisions and solve problems
- Comfortable balancing member service, business development, and operational responsibilities
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
- A strong communicator who can build relationships with members, employees, and community partners
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Credit union and consumer loan underwriting experience are a plus.
YOUR WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, in-person position with regular travel between our Irving and Fredonia locations.
Our regular operating hours are:
Monday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
No evenings. No weekends.
