Job Summary: The Branch Manager is a dynamic and enthusiastic leader with a passion for providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be member-focused, possess outstanding leadership skills, and have the ability to produce at a high level. Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. Oversees provision of full-range of services to members/prospective members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibility for the effective and efficient performance of branch operations
- Assumes responsibility for maintaining proper cash controls
- Effectively supervises branch staff, ensuring optimal performance and exceptional member service
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with members
- Ensures operations are conducted in accordance with established Credit Union policies and with legal and regulatory requirements
- Implements changes to established policies and procedures within the branch
- Conducts regular meetings with branch employees to discuss areas needing improvement and changes in procedure
- Tracks individual progress and conducts performance appraisals on each employee as required. Provides leadership training to employees seeking management opportunities
- Supports a culture of excellence, competitiveness, and passion for the SunWest brand to deliver an exceptional member experience
- Provides consistent and ongoing coaching to employees to further develop their skillset and advance along their identified career path
- Promotes cross-selling efforts by providing clear expectations, setting ambitious goals, and holding team accountable to organizational standards of excellence
- Uphold the compliance requirement of all related federal regulations, including but not limited to; the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures. Complete annual BSA training requirements as established by SunWest Credit Union
- Keeps management apprised of branch activities and/or any significant problems
Salary : $74,150 - $78,053
