Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Main Branch at 4141 Sovereign Cir, Pueblo, CO 81005 for a Contact Center Representative. The representative will handle customer inquiries, address questions, and resolve issues via phone or digital channels. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, ensuring member satisfaction, providing accurate financial information, and assisting with account management. The role also involves identifying member needs and recommending appropriate credit union products or services to meet those needs.

- Strong skills in Customer Service, including the ability to assist customers effectively and build positive relationships.
- Experience in Customer Support, with the ability to resolve inquiries and provide solutions efficiently.
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by understanding and addressing member needs effectively.
- Expertise in enhancing the overall Customer Experience and creating a welcoming and helpful environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle inquiries professionally.

- Proficiency in use of computers, email, and other financial or customer service-related software.
- Previous experience in a credit union or financial institution is a plus.
