About the Role
Sunward is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Headquarters Coordinator to support daily operations across inventory, production, and events. This is a hands-on role that helps keep the studio organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Organization
- Oversee inventory of hats, jewelry, and raw materials
- Maintain accurate inventory systems (Shopify in-studio retail store events)
- Keep studio organized and operationally efficient
Production & Fulfillment
- Assist with production scheduling and workflow tracking
- Support team scheduling needs
- Fulfill online and wholesale orders accurately and on time
- Identify and resolve operational gaps
Events & Retail Support
- Prepare, pack, and organize inventory for events
- Unpack and reset inventory post-event
- Assist with staffing coordination for events, retail store, and studio
Qualifications
- Experience in operations, retail, inventory, or production preferred
- Familiarity with Shopify and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable, consistent, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable in a hands-on, active work environment
- Able to lift and move items weighing 30 lbs
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time: 20–24 hours per week
- In-studio role based in Gypsum, CO
- Flexible scheduling with some variability around events
