Automotive Lot Manager

Suntrup Buick GMC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Lot Manager to join our team in Saint Peters, MO. This role is essential to maintaining the organization, appearance, and safety of our vehicle inventory lot, ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization and presentation of the dealership’s vehicle lot, ensuring all new and used cars are properly positioned and displayed.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, valuations, and lot moves to maximize lot efficiency.
• Perform daily lot inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and detail teams to ensure vehicle readiness and availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and work with management on stock control and rotation.
• Oversee lot security measures and report any issues promptly.
• Run vehicles as needed to other dealerships with recalls to get completed before sales
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive lot management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
