Vehicle Check-In & Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time)

Suntrup Automotive Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Vehicle Check-In & Logistics Coordinator to support our centralized vehicle storage and distribution facility. This position plays a key role in managing the flow of new and used inventory across our dealership locations.

Working from our 11-acre vehicle storage and check-in center, you will be responsible for receiving incoming vehicles, inspecting them for transport damage, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with vehicle movement between locations.

Responsibilities

• Check in new and used vehicles arriving from transport carriers and auctions.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for shipping or transport-related damage and report findings.
• Verify vehicle information and accurately assign inventory to the appropriate dealership location.
• Coordinate the movement and delivery of vehicles to retail dealership locations.
• Maintain organization and appearance of the vehicle storage lot.
• Perform general lot housekeeping duties, including trash removal and ensuring vehicles are properly parked and secured.
• Assist with inventory management and vehicle tracking as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and vehicle handling guidelines.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to walk extensively throughout an 11-acre facility.
• Previous automotive, logistics, inventory, or lot attendant experience is helpful but not required.

• Part-Time Position
• Starting Pay: $16-$17 per hour
