Schedule (Full-Time):
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- One Saturday per month (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM); occasional second Saturday depending on calendar (e.g., five-Saturday months)
- Tuesday will serve as the scheduled weekday off when a Saturday is worked

What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls for sales, service, and parts
- Route customers quickly and accurately to the right department
- Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Handle multiple conversations at once while staying organized and professional
- Document all interactions clearly in our CRM
- Support follow-up by logging notes and next steps for the team
- Assist with light administrative tasks related to customer communication
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and phone systems
- Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Professional and team-focused

Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
