Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile daily deposits including cash, credit card transactions, and electronic funds transfers (EFTs)
Process warranty policy remittances, cancellations, and reconciliations
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to warranty policies
Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong time management and organizational skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic accounting knowledge and/or relevant experience
Experience with DealerTrack is a plus
Work Schedule:
Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday | Start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM (flexible)
Occasional overtime based on business needs
