  • Optimize Project Workflow: Take charge of managing project backlogs and timelines, working closely with field operations to ensure efficiency, minimize delays, and maximize overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage & Support Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and contractors, providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries, and sharing important documentation at every stage of the project lifecycle.

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Leverage your strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure that all parties feel supported and informed throughout the process.
  • Thrive in a Fast-Paced, Growth-Oriented Environment: Demonstrate your organizational excellence by staying detail-oriented, keeping projects on track, and executing at the highest level in a rapidly evolving, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with an eye for detail and an ability to anticipate project needs.
  • Self-Starter Mindset: A proactive, solution-driven individual who thrives on taking ownership of complex tasks and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with diverse teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Tools: Comfortable using Google Workspace and Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A commitment to delivering superior customer service, building rapport with clients, and managing expectations effectively.
