The Chain Execution Manager is responsible for executing the National and Regional programming within an assigned territory of accounts with the objective of supporting the organizations financial performance, distribution expansion, activation objectives, and share growth delivery.

Role Responsibilities

• Communicate and execute Suntory Global Spirits programming in all chains.
• Assist General Market Merchandisers (when needed) in Key Accounts to further drive the impact of our portfolio.
• Work directly with Wholesaler Area Managers, District Managers and Merchandising Reps to maximize display and merchandising opportunities for Suntory portfolio.
• Monitor and evaluate program execution within the distributor sales force
• Lead sales meetings to educate Wholesalers on product and programs, give direction, track monthly goals and display success.
• Work with distributor partners to further their knowledge of the Suntory Global Spirits’ portfolio - Know features and benefits of our brands as well as competitor brands.
• Manage key accounts by targeting sales by brand and monitoring execution
• Assist in overall brand development by identifying new account opportunities and working with distributor partners to execute.
• Utilize market and account knowledge to assist in development of distributor programs
• Develop and maintain overall alcohol beverage knowledge.
• Recognize competitive activity and assess opportunity for the company.
• Manage budgets to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0-5 years’ experience in the Spirits, Beer, RTD alcohol categories, with understanding of its route-to-market dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of success in previous employment and/or academic pursuits.
• Interested in working in a fast-paced environment, and consistently interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with Wholesalers
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Strong demonstration of fact-based selling skills
• Ability to travel frequently across the assigned market, periodically outside of market

The salary range for this role is $65,000- $92,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
