The following position is an office-based role and will be based out of Clermont KY.
Role Mission:
The position is part of the Global S&OP and Fulfilment Logistics Team based in Kentucky, USA. Responsibilities include managing daily logistics activities and overseeing relationships with primary carriers to ensure optimal performance. The individual will support the successful execution of Transportation Management Systems and lead resolution of key issues that impact business success
Role Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Review and process inbound raw material orders
- Optimize loading and container utilization
- Manage carrier tenders through the TMS
- Conduct daily and Weekly order tracking to manage exceptions and on-time delivery
- Monitor late deliveries and make necessary notifications
- Review and update any supplier reports
- Support data collection on monthly metrics
- Maintain order accuracy and identify issues impacting on time shipping
- Carrier Route maintenance
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Understanding of Logistics functions and supporting business requirements
- Customer Focus (internal and external)
- Strategic and Innovative Thinking
- Motivated/Self Starter
- Diagnostic/Problem Solving
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively
- Experience in Domestic and Global logistics experience across all modes of transportation preferred
- People/Relationship Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work across cross-functional teams
- Prioritizing based on business objectives
- Understanding of Global Supply Chain
- Degree qualified in business discipline
- Skilled/Advanced use of MS packages including MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
- ERP Systems Expertise (SAP preferred)
- Experience with freight Management tools preferred (TMS, Control tower)

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
