Duties And Responsibilities
- Assign servers, bartenders, bussers, cashiers’ stations
- Ability to assign tasks to staff
- Ability to supervise staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
- Ability to adjust staffing levels as necessary
- Prior work experience as a shift supervisor preferred
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and corporate goals
- Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to fifteen (15) pounds
- Must be willing to work swing shifts, weekends and holidays as directed by management
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
