Position Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
- Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
- Clean food prep stations and equipment
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
- Must be able to lift, carry, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds independently.
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently and squeezing and overhead reaching occasionally.
- Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on various terrains and uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
