Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Clerk to support our daily business operations.
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role based in Irvine, CA, for an Admin & Accounting Clerk who is bilingual in English and either Korean or Chinese.
This role involves administrative support, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable management, customer communication, and internal coordination with our Customer Success.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Preferred (English/Chinese or English/Korean)
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (required)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (US Citizens or Permanent Residents only)
- Employment Type: W-2 (Employment position) for full-time application
