Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Trainer / HR Representative to join our team. This dual-role position will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, supporting employee development, and handling a range of HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping employees succeed, improving workplace culture, and supporting HR operations with professionalism and care.
Scheduled: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
·Coordinate, and deliver employee training programs, including onboarding and professional development.
·Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
·Maintain training records and track employee progress.
·Assist in the recruitment process, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
·Support onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure a smooth employee experience.
·Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
·Provide first-line support for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
·Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
·Conduct workplace investigations involving employee complaints, policy violations, or other HR-related concerns, ensuring confidentiality, thorough documentation, and fair resolution.
·Promote Suntec's core principles to cultivate a collaborative, accountable work culture and create an ESOP mindset that emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and long-term investment.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
·2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a training or onboarding capacity preferred.
·Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
