• Design, develop, and maintain interactive eLearning courses, microlearning modules, and blended learning content using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and other rapid authoring tools.
• Write instructional scripts, storyboards, and design documents aligned with the ADDIE framework and adult learning theory.
• Incorporate multimedia elements including video, audio, animation, and graphics to create immersive learner experiences.
• Complete audio and video post-production editing using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and SnagIt.
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and business partners across departments to conduct needs analyses, identify learning gaps, and develop targeted solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and Synthesia design processes to accelerate development timelines and meet tight deadlines.
• Ensure all digital content meets accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508) and supports inclusive learning design.
• Create job aids, quick-reference guides, and performance support materials to reinforce formal training.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the enterprise Learning Management System, managing course setup, enrollment, user accounts, and permissions.
• Organize and optimize course catalogs, learning paths, and curricula within the LMS to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Upload, test, publish, and troubleshoot SCORM, xAPI, and AICC content packages within the LMS environment.
• Develop and maintain LMS analytics dashboards and reporting to measure learner performance, course completion rates, and training ROI—enabling data-driven decisions tied to organizational goals.
• Manage user data integrity including imports, role assignments, group structures, and automated enrollment rules.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for learners, managers, and administrators experiencing LMS issues.
• Coordinate system updates, integrations, and enhancements with IT and LMS vendor partners.
• Maintain compliance training records, certifications, and audit-ready documentation.
• Develop and deliver LMS training and onboarding materials for new administrators, instructors, and end users.
