Licensed Esthetician (Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract)

Sunstone Massage & Spa is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our growing team and help build our esthetics department. We're looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys creating exceptional client experiences, and is excited to help develop a thriving esthetics program.
Our planned esthetic services include customized facials, facial enhancements, waxing, dermaplaning, and body treatments, with opportunities to expand our offerings over time.

Responsibilities
- Perform esthetic services within the scope of your Florida license, including facials, waxing, dermaplaning, and body treatments
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on home care and retail products to support their skincare goals
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and Florida licensing requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment room
- Deliver a consistently welcoming and professional client experience
Qualifications
- Current Florida Esthetician License in good standing
- Experience with facials, waxing, and dermaplaning preferred
- Body treatment experience is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for skincare and continuing education
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Massage therapy license is a bonus, but not required

Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour
