Job Summary: The Hotel Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, corporate accounts, and other stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
• Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
