Sunstates Security is hiring for an Unarmed Security Shift Lead in the Amelia, OH area. This position offers a pay rate of $22.28/hr with weekly pay.

Requirements:

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have good communication skills.
• Good customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• 2 experience in a customer service role preferred.
• 2 Experience in a supervisory position preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Read and understand written instructions and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills.
• Willing and able to work holidays and weekends.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
