Job Skills / Requirements

HIRING IMMEDIATELY  

Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time Security Shift Leads for third shift in the Louisville, KY area. Requirements:  

• 2 years of supervisor experience.
• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred. 
• Must have the availability to work weekends, various shifts, and holidays. 
• Experience in loss prevention is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license. 
• Strong customer service skills. 
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

The Shift Lead reports to the Site Supervisor and Operations Manager. 

The responsibilities include but are not limited to, ensuring officers are following required tasks, reporting incidents, and communicating all required information to leadership while on the shift you are assigned.  

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun 123
