Security Officers - Full Time - $21.69/hr

Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a Full-Time 1st Shift Security Officer at a high-profile client site in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position offers a pay rate of $21.69/hr - paid weekly.

Requirements:

• 1 years of security or public safety experience.
• Prior access control and CCTV equipment operation experience is preferred. All candidates should be comfortable learning this technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening and strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

• Connecting visitors with the right person.
• Handle basic customer service problems and requests promptly.
• Maintain officer security by following safety procedures and controlling access points via the reception desk.
• Moderate to high computer skills.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
