Sunstates Security is currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers in the Hopedale, MA area. Various days and shifts are available! These positions offer a pay rate of $22.00/hr - paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled building patrols throughout your assigned shift.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Provide general assistance and respond to requests in person or by phone.
• Receive high-value merchandise and validate condition/accuracy.
  
  

Skills & Experiences

• Successful experience in a security warehouse.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, and/or military is preferred.
• Excellent customer service.
• Access control software experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and works with limited direction.
• Excellent communicator.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Must submit to a pre-employment drug test.
• Must submit to a background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable.
  
  

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
