Sunstates Security is currently hiring for Flex Security Officers in the Rutherford, NJ area.
Requirements:
- Active SORA License
- 1 years of experience in security.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security or leadership training a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to use a computer to monitor access control, cameras and send emails
- Professional appearance
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
