Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Assistant Site Supervisor at a client site in Richland, MS to work 2nd shift. This position offers a pay rate of $18.00/hr, paid weekly.

Shift:

Days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.

• 2nd shift: Tuesday - Saturday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements:

• 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• 1 years of previous security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Previous experience in training and creating schedules is a plus.
• Must be flexible with hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills.

Assistant Security Supervisors are responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, creating schedules, training officers, completing inspections, and security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives. 
 

An Assistant Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. 

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent
