HIRING IMMEDIATELY! 

Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Security Account Manager in Huntsville, Alabama area. This position offers a pay rate of $25/hr - weekly pay.

Shift:

Days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Direct, coordinate, and manage all on-site Security Officers and Shift Supervisors.
• Train, develop, and empower security personnel to uphold the highest standards of efficiency, customer service, ethics, and compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coach staff, manage incentive programs, and apply corrective actions in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll approval, time-off management, and shift coverage to maintain 24/7 operational readiness and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day site security operations.
• Coordinate with Regional management to establish site goals and communicate these to customers and internal teams.
• The Account Manager is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week physically onsite, including variable shifts, weekends, and additional hours as needed for reports, training, or special events.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of related management experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver messages.

The Account Manager is responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety, system metrics and analysis, in accordance with Sunstates objectives.

High School diploma or equivalent
