Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time Reception/SOC Security Officers in the Springfield, VA area. This position offers a pay rate of $20.16/hr - with weekly pay.

Schedules available:

Days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.

• Saturday - Wednesday 4:00PM - 12:00AM (32-40 HPW)
• Weekend and Overnight availability

Requirements:

• Valid VA DCJS Registration (ability to get MD/DC License)
• Intermediate computer and data entry skills
• Knowledge of Access Control / Video Monitoring Systems (CCure, Genetec, etc.)
•  2-3 Year of High Pace / Volume Security in GSOC / SOC / Corporate HQ      
• Detailed Oriented; Over Communicates, Document & Report All Details 
• Must be FLEXIBLE in scheduling; 8 hours weekly subject to change based on operational needs
• Weekends Required
• Evenings Required

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of security experience
• CPR/AED Certification

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
