Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Part-Time Security Officer in the Little Rock, AR area. This position offers a pay rate of $17/hr, paid weekly.
Benefits: All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) that work 20 hours a week (minimum of 500 hours per year or more worked) and have completed six months of service with Sunstates Security.
Shifts:
Days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.
- 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work schedule in job ad.
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Exceptional customer service skills and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Must be computer literate and have basic computer skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring rules and regulations are followed, following proper reporting procedures.
- Report writing (daily activity, incident, maintenance items, etc.).
- Conduct foot patrols.
- Greet all incoming traffic.
- Access control.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Salary : $17
