Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Full/Part Time Security Officers on Thursday, May 7th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Meet with Hiring Managers for Full/Part Time positions with open availability in the Spartanburg, SC area. Various days and shifts are available with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour - weekly pay.

This is a walk-in event. Come prepared to interview with our hiring managers.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Has a neat, professional appearance
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must not smoke on any assigned post
• Is a good communicator (both verbal and written)
• Understands and successfully executes his/her post orders
• Must report all concerns to management noted on sites assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid NC Security Officer License/Certification (preferred) with 2-3 years of experience
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Must have a clean driving record if assigned to a driving post
• Generally: 1 year or more of security experience. (Manager Discretion)
• Basic computer skills and cell phone literacy
• Good to excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to make good decisions (judgement and common sense)
• Financial / mathematical aptitude
• Reliable transportation to get to work site.
• Well-motivated, able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Must maintain reliable means of communication to be contacted by management.

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

PPSB Training Certification
Drivers License
