Sunstates Security is currently hiring Security Shift Lead in the Batavia, OH area to work 3rd shift. This position offers a pay rate of $21.00/hr, paid weekly.

Shift:
Days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Tuesday - Saturday
Requirements:
- Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be 21 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be flexible and team oriented.
- Exceptional report writing skills.
- Must be reliable.
A Security Shift Lead is responsible for helping carry out daily tasks at the site, assist with training completion, enforce policies and procedures set forth by Sunstates Security Handbook and the SOPM/Post Orders, etcetera.
A Security Shift Lead may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Shift Lead will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent
