Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is currently interviewing for a Part-Time Officer to join our team in the Clearwater area. This position provides flexible coverage for weekday shifts and offers weekly pay.

Part-Time Security Officer – Clearwater, FloridaPosition: Unarmed Security OfficerPay: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate CCTV systems effectively
• Perform patrols of the client facility to standard
• Read, write, and comprehend detailed reports accurately
• Maintain professional appearance in accordance with client standards
• Support coverage needs during emergencies or short notice requests

Requirements

• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow client-specific standards and procedures
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Able to perform patrol duties and maintain situational awareness

Flex Officer Position Details

• 16 guaranteed hours per month of on-site refresher training
• Coverage assignments vary each month based on full-time officer planned time off
• Morning and Swing Shifts on weekdays only (No weekends or overnight shifts)
• Premium hourly pay due to flexibility and lack of a permanent post
