Armed Security Supervisor - FT - $22/hrHIRING IMMEDIATELYSunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Armed Security Site Supervisor in the Little Rock, AR area to work 1st shift. This position offers a pay rate of $22/hr, paid weekly.Industry-leading employee benefits that include weekly pay, 401k savings plan with a company match, affordable medical, dental & vision benefits, employee referral bonuses, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more – available for qualified candidates!Requirements:2 years of experience in a supervisory role and customer service role.Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License to drive a 15-passenger van.Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is preferred.Prior experience working in an armed security position is preferred.Must be able to conduct foot patrols, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.Responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of all site Security Officers.Train subordinates on procedural guidelines, company policies, and operational & site-specific forms. Enforce consistency in policy and procedure implementation with the site.Foster a superior level of customer relations/service in order to ensure client retention and satisfaction.Manage administrative and operational functions to ensure projected working schedule is posted, vacation or time off requests are within company guidelines, the branch receives the scheduled weekly hours, and personnel topics are address with management guidance.Manage account and officer inspections and to assure compliance and meet/exceed our commitment.The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety, system metrics and analysis, in accordance with Sunstates objectives.A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
