• Minimum 4 years of experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic with a construction equipment or equipment rental background required. 
• Military experience is welcomed when it includes heavy equipment maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, Tier 4, and aftertreatment systems required.
• Experience repairing construction equipment, including generators, rollers, and earthmoving equipment.
• Must provide your own tools, averaging $10,000 in value.
• Basic computer skills for work orders, parts ordering, and service documentation.
• Ability to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and a team-first mindset are essential.
• Stable work history with a commitment to long-term career growth preferred.
